So we bundled him up. And he screamed as we did. I knew, though, that the minute he got outside he wouldn't want to come in and would have a blast. I chose to keep bundling through the tears and get him out there as quickly as I could.
And he loved it. Just as I had assumed, once daddy got out his shovel to clear a path, Drew jumped right in doing his part. He kept looking at me saying 'mommy, Drew shovel' and was so proud of what he accomplished.

ReplyDeleteI wanted to take avery out but we were trying to kick the ear infection. Maybe next time! Drew is too cute. I love the shovel pic!!!!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute! I love Drew's little blue shovel. Why do you think he didn't like sledding? Was it because we was strapped down and not free to run around? Probably...
ReplyDeleteI'm going to go with that's EXACTLY the reason he didn't like it. :)
DeleteSo cute all bundled up helping daddy shovel. We took Chloe out in a makeshift outfit for a few minutes, but she didn't play much b/c we didn't have boots for her. Now that we've had a couple snows this season, I'm ready for it to be over. Haha, is that bad?
ReplyDeleteMine hit the snow last week and cried for 5 minutes straight. 20 minutes to get ready for 5 minutes of fun.. LOL.. Happy Friday.
ReplyDeletesooo cute! we only got a couple inches and it melted the next day!!
ReplyDeleteMommy, where are my waterproof gloves?
ReplyDeleteSomeone wouldn't put their hand in in his waterproof gloves!
